"uhm excuse me miss (hand her your handkerchief or if you have tissue) you have a dried saliva". (look serious don't smile)
(she definitely notice you are such a nice guy for caring then follow up a line..) its okey it happens to me a lot too (smile and rub your head)... by the way my name is....(shake her hand)... (and then ask her what she do, tell a lot of beautiful things about her that you notice ex; i like your eyes just like an eyes of an angel... and so on... and in the end don't forget to take her number...)

In a Restaurant/Food court/Fast Food...

you spot a girl... (of course a desirable girl) theres a spot you can sit beside her the place is crowded. walk into her ask her with a smile...uhm.. hi miss... is this sit taken? may i sit here? she will definitely say yes.. sure... and then don't forget to thank her... and then tell her she has a dirt(hairy booger) on her nose again hand her your handkerchief or tissue. then follow up "i thought it was a mole its cute". then offer her if you can buy her a drink or something... then ask... ask.. ask... more about her...
